Named “Tune In Hook Up”, it was designed to let singles upload videos of themselves talking about the partner of their dreams. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get anyone to upload a video to even test their technology. Even after offering $20 on Craigslist to any woman who would upload a video of themselves, nothing. So they decided to break up with their dating concept and instead, open the site up to anyone to upload any video they want. Yeah, that worked.
