He started playing the violin at a young age and was accepted into Juilliard. Alongside his brother, he formed a group called Nothing But Strings and gained overnight fame, appearing on America's Got Talent. But the pursuit of money and success left him feeling unhappy and lost. The group eventually disbanded, and Damien faced financial struggles, including eviction and relying on welfare.
Determined to turn his life around for himself and his daughter, he rediscovered his passion for music that lead him to success all those years ago. He re-built an online presence and embarked on a successful solo career against all odds.
